Designed for fitment on ES, MKii and MKiii machines, installation of this plate will increase the torque, balance, and power that these machines are fully capable of. Harder and faster cutting during compounding stages, smoother and quicker polishing and refining are attainable by swapping in this backing plate in favor of the factory original. Your polisher comes alive on edges and other curved surfaces where power used to dissipate. Spacing has been incorporated into the design to negate the need for a washer mod. The engineered poly material increases safety while being used near opposing panels, and a strong Velcro backing has been utilized for the best performance out of any aftermarket plate ever released. The thermal capabilities and increased cooling passageways of the plate mean that you no longer have to monitor temperatures and cycle out pads frequently like with previous aluminum plates. This plate offers factory usability and gives up not 1 inch for ease of use.
